Counselling for Autistic & ADHD Adults

Counselling to fit you

This is an Autism & ADHD specific counselling service, tailored to fit around your needs as an Autistic or ADHD adult.

This counselling service is designed to be neurodiversity affirming, meaning that I change my approach to therapy and make adjustments to make the counselling process safer and more effective to fit the needs of your neurotype.

Autistic adults struggle more than most to find the right therapist or therapy for them - and not because they are doing anything wrong, but it can sure feel like that. This is even more the case for Autistic women. In reality, many therapist are not well equipped to adapt their counselling to the needs of Autistics.
